We only collect information that is necessary to provide you with the App's core functionality.

  • Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and login credentials.
  • Health and Dietary Data: To help find what foods are best for you to eat, we process the self-reported dietary habits, food preferences, and health goals you input into the App.
  • User-Generated Content (Images): We collect and process the images you upload to the App to enable specific features. These images are completely private to your individual account and are not shared with other users.
  • Payment Data: All subscription billing is handled securely through your Apple iCloud / App Store account. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card details or financial identifiers on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect strictly to operate the App and improve your user experience, including to:

  • Create, manage, and maintain your personal account.
  • Analyze your inputs to provide personalized food and dietary insights.
  • Host and display your private uploaded images within your dashboard.
  • Monitor and detect inappropriate content through our human moderation team to keep the App secure.
  • Provide user support and respond to your inquiries.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party AI Processing

  • Third-Party AI Integration: To provide you with personalized dietary and food insights, the App securely transmits your self-reported health data, food preferences, and uploaded images to an external Artificial Intelligence service provider (such as OpenAI). This data is processed strictly to generate food recommendations for you and is not used by the provider to train their models.
  • We Do Not Sell Your Data: Pia Elizabeth Studio LLC does not, and will never, sell, rent, or trade your personal data, health metrics, or uploaded images to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard administrative and technical security measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You have full control over your personal information:

  • Access and Correction: You can view and update your profile details directly within the App settings.
  • Account Deletion: You can delete your account at any time through the App's settings panel. Upon account deletion, your profile information, health data, and uploaded images will be permanently removed from our active production databases.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page or providing an in-app alert. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your data.
